My Story Begins on Groundhog Day…
I was born on February 2nd — Groundhog Day.
A day that’s literally about shadows, cycles, and repeating patterns.

Looking back, it makes perfect sense.

For years, I lived emotional Groundhog Days —
repeating the same relationship patterns, the same identity loops, the same behaviors, the same stories…
over and over again.

I didn’t realize I was stuck inside versions of myself that I didn’t choose —
versions I inherited, absorbed, or created for survival.

I was the woman who:
-
lost herself in relationships
-
people-pleased to feel safe
-
turned into a chameleon for others
-
attached her identity to external validation
-
felt disconnected from her body and intuition
-
carried family expectations, religious conditioning, and childhood stories
-
didn’t know who she was without chaos or caretaking

And my body reflected the disconnect.
I struggled with autoimmune symptoms, inflammation, and surgeries —
my body was screaming for me to listen.

I didn’t know it then, but I was living in an identity built from fear, not truth.
